I need to sue Antioch Chrysler in California. Do i sue the Service manager or the Owner(president of the company) or both from the responses i'm getting i need to re-write my question. I took my car to Antioch chrysler in CA 3 mo's ago for an oil chg. On Friday 7/16/10 i took my car to express oil for another oil chg. they couldn't remove the drainplug & suggest i take my car to the person that did the last oil because they cross thread. I took my car back to chrysler even though they had to force the drainplug out and realized that their mech cross threaded the plug they charged me $842.50 and said it wasn't cross threaded. I have the pan, I took it to two other auto dealers and both said you can look in the drainplug hole and see that it was cross threaded. In 10/09 I just pd. $4,000.00 for a re-built engine and a NEW oilpan & tube. I have all receipts and showed everything to Chrysler. I'm also in their computer for the last three oil changes since 10/09. For those of u that gave me smart azz comments I'm not sue happy. I will go to small claims ct.
